A Massacre called YuLin Festival #StopYuLin2015

In August, 2014 a small team of international animal activists set out on a journey to spend the next ten months attempting to rescue 10,000 dogs and 4,000 cats from the YuLin Dog Meat Festival, held June 21st in China, celebrating the summer solstice. The #StopYuLin2015 e-Activism social media campaign gave the cats and dogs a voice but with deep sorrow, the losses still happened. No money was asked for, just time from global citizens.

With the news of the 2015 festival proceeding, despite the efforts of countless people around the world, the question at hand is do you give up the fight and chalk this up as an insurmountable adversary or do you reflect on the current state as a temporary setback in a fight worth continuing to pursue?
